A few answers to help you get started.

How do I get to a table?

Choose “Choose a game” to open the Hall, then choose a game. Follow any guest entry steps and select “Start a new game” if asked. A new guest profile starts without a session limit; an existing profile keeps its saved controls. In the poker lobby, choose a table, then choose “Return to table” after your seat is confirmed. In the blackjack or roulette lobby, choose “Take a seat” on a table. Opening a lobby does not reserve a seat.

How does a Texas Hold'em hand start?

Small and big blinds are the starting bets. Each player in the hand receives two private cards before Preflop betting.

What happens after Preflop?

If play continues, the Flop reveals three community cards, then the Turn and River add one each. At Showdown, remaining players compare their best five-card hands.

Can I use Enter to place a bet?

At a Texas Hold'em table, while editing the amount, press Enter to press the “Bet” or “Raise” button. Check its label and amount first. Enter goes all-in only when the button reads “All-In”. If the button is unavailable, Enter does nothing. On a phone, the keyboard’s Enter or Go key does the same, if it has one.

How do I sit out?

At a Texas Hold’em table outside a tournament, select “Sit out next hand” to sit out once your current hand ends. You can uncheck it before the hand ends. Against bots, “Table paused” means the next hand is waiting for you. When the table is paused while you sit out, select “I'm back” to return and continue with the next hand. If two turns in a row time out, you sit out automatically. Select “I'm back” to return for your next action. Returning during a hand does not start a new hand. At a table with a turn clock, your time bank starts when your turn clock runs out. It is used automatically. When both run out, your hand is checked when possible and otherwise folded.

What do the all-in percentages mean?

After an all-in ends betting before the river, the remaining cards may appear in stages. “Pot share” shows each hand’s expected share of the chips in the total pot across all possible remaining boards, including tied wins. For side pots, the calculation uses each pot’s size and eligible hands. “Split” is the chance of sharing a winning pot. In a guaranteed equal two-way split of one pot, each hand has Pot share 50% and Split 100%. Split is separate from Pot share and appears only when its exact chance is at least 1%. Pot shares are rounded to whole percentages that add up to 100%. Split is rounded separately; do not add it to Pot share. Percentages update as the remaining cards appear, without revealing cards still to come. If the pot amounts or eligible hands needed for the calculation are unknown, no percentages are shown.

What does “Next level” show?

“Next level” shows active playing time left in the level. The level clock stops counting after 30 seconds with no play, and while paused. The final level has no countdown. “Blinds up next hand” means the new blinds start next hand. Use “Details” when shown, or tap the compact phone bar. When the ante, next level and Pause are already on the bar, use them there. Opening Details does not pause the level clock or your turn clock. Press “Pause” when available and wait for “Level clock paused.” Pause holds the level clock, and the next hand waits until you resume. At a table with a turn clock where you are the only human player, Pause also holds your turn clock. Bots can still finish their turns in the current hand. Use “Resume” to continue.

Who are the characters at the poker table?

The poker cast has 40 named bot characters, each with a portrait and playing style. These characters are computer-controlled opponents, not people. A name or portrait identifies a character, not a guaranteed move or result.

When does the tournament ante start?

The tournament starting at blinds 10/20 has no ante in levels 1–2. With 30-minute levels, level 3 starts after 60 minutes of active play, at the next hand: blinds 20/40 and an ante of 5 per player, posted before the blinds. A player with fewer than 5 chips posts what remains. Later levels raise the ante. The bar or “Details” shows the current ante and next level. While a level change is pending, “Blinds up next hand” replaces the next amounts.

How do I place roulette bets?

Choose a chip and tap a centre, edge or corner on the layout. With “Show spot picker” off, the tap selects a bet directly. With it on, the tap opens a preview; choose a bet and select “Add” with the chip amount. Review your selected bets, then select “Place bets”. Once your bets are placed, select “Spin”. In “Track”, choose a wheel number and the number of neighbours on each side, or a sector. Review the total and covered numbers, then select “Add” to select the whole group. These bets are not placed yet. When available after a result, “Repeat and spin” places the last round’s bets and spins with one press. “Double and spin” does the same with twice those bets. “New bet” opens the next round without spinning. In “Tools”, “Repeat” and “Double bets” only change selected bets; use “Place bets” and “Spin” when ready.

How do I start a blackjack hand?

Choose an even number of chips, then select “Deal”. On your turn, use “Hit” for another card or “Stand” to keep your current hand. When offered, “Double” adds a bet equal to that hand’s bet, deals one final card and ends that hand’s turn. “Split” turns two equal-value cards into two hands and adds a matching bet. You can split once. Play the split hands in turn; split aces receive one final card each and then stop.

Backgammon

Classic backgammon: one game, without a doubling cube. White moves from 24 to 1; copper from 1 to 24. First to bear off all 15 checkers wins. Roll the dice. Use Choose a point to select your checker, then Move here to choose its destination. You can also choose a move from the list. If two dice reach the same destination, choose a die. Accepted moves cannot be undone. Enter bar checkers first. Two or more opposing checkers block a point; a single checker can be hit. Use as many dice as possible. If only one die can be used and either die is legal, use the higher one. Doubles give four uses of the same die value. Bear off once all your remaining checkers are in your home board. Gammon and backgammon are recorded but do not change the chips returned to the winner. Losing your connection does not resign the game.

Atelier of Light

Choose a bet of 10, 20 or 50 chips and select Spin. Each spin has 20 symbols and five fixed lines: four horizontal rows and one zigzag. The total bet is split equally across the five lines. A matching line starts at the left and contains at least 3 consecutive symbols from one family. The sun can substitute for a family symbol, but the line must include at least one actual family symbol. A notebook breaks the line. A multiplier applies to the bet on one line. With a total bet of 20 chips, each line uses 4 chips. Returns from all matching lines are added. Romance requires both Don Juan and the noble lady in the same matching prefix. Its multiplier replaces the noble-family multiplier on that line. This game uses play chips. Returned shows the chips credited for a confirmed spin. For a regular spin, the change in your chips is Returned minus Bet. Bonus spins deduct no additional bet. At least three notebooks anywhere on a regular spin trigger 8 bonus spins. They use the same paytable and the bet captured by the triggering spin. No additional bet is deducted. Start each bonus spin yourself. Bonus spins cannot trigger more bonus spins. Bonus returns shows the chips returned by the bonus spins only, excluding the triggering spin.

Why does a move say “Unavailable now”?

“Unavailable now” means that move cannot be sent in the current state. Check whose turn it is and any amount or message shown before choosing an available move.

What does “History” show?

At a Texas Hold’em table, open “History” to see the finished hands recorded in this session, newest first. Open “Actions by street” within a hand to read its confirmed moves by betting round, player and action.

How do I control the table sounds?

Sound controls vary by table. Where “Sound” opens controls named “Enable sound” and “Mute sound”, use those to turn sound on or mute it. Where offered, choose “Calm” for gentler levels or “Standard” for regular levels. At a roulette or blackjack table, use the header sound control or the “Sound” row in “Settings” when shown. When the header shows “Tap for sound” or “Sound off”, select the control to request sound; this action is named “Turn on sound”. When it shows “Sound on”, select it to mute sound; this action is named “Mute sound”. “No sound” or “Sound unavailable” means sound is unavailable and the control is disabled.

Where do I go when a table has closed?

When “This table has closed.” appears, return to the lobby for your game. Use “Poker lobby” at a poker table, “Roulette lobby” at a roulette table, or “Blackjack lobby” at a blackjack table.

How does a session limit work?

At table entry, a new guest profile starts without a session limit. With no limit saved, a new session has no automatic session-limit break. Any saved limit still applies. Session limit controls are not available in this version of the site. For a session that already has a limit, removing the saved limit does not remove that session's deadline or break. If a limit is set for a running session that has no limit, timing starts when the limit is set. When the time ends, new rounds stop across poker, roulette, blackjack and shared-profile lab play for a 15-minute break. A hand or round already open can finish. The timer counts elapsed time, including time away and table pauses.

What happens after a break or cool-off?

After a break or cool-off ends, trying to start play at a table can start a new timed session, even if no new round starts. If a limit is still saved, the same limit and break apply to the next session. With no limit saved, the next session starts without a session limit. Just viewing your status does not start the timer. After a break or cool-off ends, Texas Hold’em and roulette wait for you to press a button to start a new hand or round; automatic continuation does not start a new session.

What if I change my limit?

For a session that already has a limit, a shorter limit counts from that session’s start. If its time has passed, it can stop new play at once. A longer limit starts with the next session. If no session is running, saving a limit keeps it for the next session. Saving a choice does not cancel a break or a cool-off.

Your play controls

A confirmed cool-off stops new rounds and cannot be shortened or cancelled. Self-exclusion stops new rounds too; its minimum end date does not restore play automatically. A hand or round already open can finish unless your profile is unavailable. A session-limit break ends 15 minutes after its deadline. A late status update or a changed limit does not start a fresh 15-minute countdown. Other restrictions may still prevent play.

Why can’t I continue?

Read the message shown before you continue. Returning to the site does not reset a chosen limit, break, cool-off or self-exclusion. See “Your play controls” for more.

How do chat and thrown items work?

On a table with Chat, open it and select a quick phrase to send it. To type your own message, select Write a message, enter your text, then select Send. To throw something, choose an item and a name. Wait briefly before throwing again. Show chat controls messages and their screen reader announcements. Show thrown items controls the flying items and marks. Let bots talk controls bot messages and replies. These settings do not change play. Bot replies come from a fixed list and do not describe their cards.
